As of now, we are delivering within India and internationally as well – only with Prepaid Service.

Average Time to Deliver (in Normal times) : 5-7 working days

It takes about 7-10 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. In case the delivery is not accepted in the first attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to be borne by the customer.

International Shipping :

We ship worldwide. Shipping anywhere in the world, apart from India, can cost anywhere between INR 1500 – INR 3000 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.

Delivery can take up to 15-25 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays, customs, or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government. 

Please Note: The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing any order with us. Also, we can not assure you if the particular order needs to be paid or not, it’s totally not under our control.

• Process of Delivery:

1. Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
2. Then, your item is passed through a 3-layer quality check before handing over to our packaging team.
3. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
4. Then, your item is shipped to your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Hanchate Sons Team with all the tracking details.

 CANCELLATION by Hancchate Sons:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after you have been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Account with Voucher Credit, You can use the same amount to order anything else from the website anytime with no validity period.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
